I’m a glass-is-half-full person – yes, one with no religious leanings, a socialist anarchist – that is one that sees individual freedom as conceptually connected with social equality and emphasize community and mutual aid – (read Noam Chomskly for intelligent insight on this topic), and a tree hugging, thrift store loving Pollyanna.
The most meaningful experience in my life has been spending time with my children. Raising them has taught me more about myself than any other experience. In addition to being a mother of 3, I am also a writer and a vegan (after many years first as a vegetarian).
I love to read (I work at the public library), cook, make things, and spend time with family and friends. I feel that Prince Edward County in Ontario is a truly special place with an amazing community and I am so thankful to live here.
